High-speed Slitting Machines Our 5 high-speed slitting machines enable us to do the job with a daily output of 300,000 meters. The unwinding unit is equipped with automatic web guide control to ensure high precision, and the slitting unit can perform fast and efficient slitting operations. These slitting machines are suitable for various plastic films and laminated films, such as BOPP, PET, CPP, PP, PE and PVC.

Pouch Making Machines 18 pouch making machines can achieve daily output of 600,000 pouches and bags.

LUSTER printing quality inspection system is a high precision quality inspection system for flexible packaging, the maximum precision can reach 0.1mm2. It can effectively and accurately inspect all common defects such as banding, skip out, mottling, color shifting, dirty print, etc.

At DQ PACK CN’s quality control center, there are two independent testing laboratories covering a total area of 200m², i.e. raw materials laboratory and finished products laboratory.
