What information do I need to provide for quotation?
Please provide your product requirements relating to design, size, thickness, material, quantity, printing method, packaging and place of delivery.
Which type of file format do I need to supply for sample production?
We accept AI, DR, Freehand, PSD files and they should be over 300DPL.
What is the lead time?
For normal cases, after receiving the final confirmation, it takes around 3-5 days to produce a plate cylinder, whereas around 7 days for silkscreen offset printing sample. After receiving customer approval of the plate cylinder, it takes around 20 days for mass production. The lead time can be revised for urgent orders.
What is the main difference between PP, PVC & PET?
3 materials have different characteristics:
PP: eco-friendly, cost effective, we can combine PP together through ultrasonic welding process;
PET: eco-friendly, high level of transparency;
PVC: high level of transparency, extensive applications;
What is the MOQ?
For larger size, the MOQ is 10000pcs for each design.
For smaller size, the MOQ is 5000pcs for each design.
What is the different between Silkscreen printing and Offset printing?
Silkscreen printing is mostly used for simple graphics. Pantone number or color samples should be provided by customers.
Offset printing is used for more complicated graphics, gradual change color or pictures. There are 4 basic colors, i.e. red, blue, yellow, and black. They can be mixed out more than 10 colors. White masking is usually added for enhancing the products’ image. Customers do not need to provide any Pantone number or color samples.
Is there any sample charge, and is it refundable?
Yes, there is sample charge for producing samples. Under the circumstances, part of or full sample charge can be refunded after placing orders, which the total quantity up to one million pcs or ten tons.
